A seperate petition filed in SC for postponement of NEET Besides the review petition, SC lawyers have filed a petition in the apex court as well for postponement of NEET 2020 examination. The petition is likely to be listed on Monday - September 7, 2020. The Supreme Court will hear on September 4 the review petition filed by six Cabinet Ministers from opposition-ruled states against the August 17 order of the Supreme Court declining to postpone NEET-UG and JEE (Mains) exams amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
